Pratt's Print Studio is the largest in the Seattle area and it's available for rent to artists at every level at an affordable rate

NEW: Color Processor Rental

Pratt's new Color Darkroom is now the only facility in Seattle offering public access to analog color photography printing capabilities! Featuring a Colex 4-color processor and 4 separate workstations with Omega color enlargers, our new Color Darkroom allows renters to print gallery-quality color images up to 30" using traditional color film negatives. Pratt will also offer color printing classes featuring this equipment in the Spring 2012 catalog – watch your mailboxes and inboxes!

The Color Darkroom is available for hourly, daily and monthly rentals on February 1. Please call Pratt's front desk at 206.328.2200 for information on qualifying for rental access or to sign up to gain rental access.

Rates: $7/hour up to 5 hours, $50/day, or $200/month (unlimited access!)

Our Printmaking Studio offers:

the largest Seattle area print studio with 2,800 square feet of open floor space
twenty foot ceilings with abundant natural light and large roll-up garage doors
40 feet of glass-topped counter space and several large work tables
three large intaglio presses a lithograph press
photo exposure unit
aquatint box, large hot plate, rollers, dry racks, flat files, power washer, step shear, paper-soaking sink, and ventilation hoods
a separate space with two letter presses with multiple drawers of type

Rates: $30/day or $130/month
